Did you people heard of Richard Simmons of Dream maker before Buzzr entered it and No is what the answer was in a close one. Now we move to....Winner Take All.

The program was one of the earliest hits for Goodson Todman and Bill Cullen had his first hit show with it. It's best 2 out of 3 but it had the first to beceome returning champion amongst other things. What else can this show do? It became what the genesis for game show formats were.

This was a digital adaptation of Card Sharks. You know, the classic program G-T made. Nick Uhas is the host and a bunch of staffers played along fpr the Facebook people to see. Although it was the tried and true format, they only used red cards and no blue cards. A bit lame, but still....fun to watch. Even an off screen voice keeps track of teh progress. I hope this express interest in the fact that buzzr would  try more live versions of classics, in fact......

Which classic would also get the live treatment? You have 2 weeks to think on it.

Welcome to @ The Buzzr. After Louie Anderson and before John O' Hurley, Richard Karn wanted to do the Feud. Why is it so different? I'll tell you once I return.

I asked you which do you prefer and it was.......$ale.....of The Century! good job everyone. Now on to Richard Karn and his Feud.

What makes Karn Feud different?

1. First to 300 points. Anderson's version had no point limit. Karn decided to go back to the basics of classic Feud by resurrecting the first to a set amount of points rule.

2. Sudden Death. Previous versions had a game that sometimes ran a little longer to keep viewers tuned in. The version initated a rule in which only one answer went on to fast money.

3. Returning champions. The Anderson version and the Dawson syndicated version did not have returning champions. When Karn came in, it changed. Wait until O Hurley comes and a car is added.

And finally.......new sets. Karn's final season had a bit of a makeover. Stare.






He even threw to breaks in his own way.

So what I want to know is....Did Karn contribute new changes to the show? You get 2 weeks to figure it out.

Do you know what Craig Ferguson is better at? If you said talk show host, according to the Buzzr beater poll, you're right. We'll have another one after I tell you about..........................................Temptation.

Calling it The New Sale of the Century. It all starts with 20......temptation dollars like the original Sale. Instead of the usual, it starts with a 30-second speed round. Then came the instant bargains....but instead of "Going Once..." and those Sale surprises, a 5-second clock was used to buy the item.


Next came the Fame Game. Instead of stars...or something behind a number......

Next is the Knock off round which reminds me of......

Then after an instant bargain. Also another speed round, but it reminds me of.......

Then came Instant cash which was from the NBC version of Sale. After which, the final lightning race for 10 temptation dollars to see who would go on to shopper's paradise and play Super Knock off to build up the score. The only problem was instead of getting every single prize, you had to get just one. Just one. Darn it. Only lasted one season, thank goodness, but is Sale better than Temptation? That's your buzzr beater question and you get 2 weeks to decide.

After Courtney Cox did Friends, Based on the board game Identity Crisis (created by Laura Robinson and Richard Gerrits), the series was developed by Courteney Cox and David Arquette's Coquette Productions, and was originally pitched as a primetime series for CBS with Craig Ferguson as host. That became Celebrity Name Game. More on that once I return.

So who was the better host of It's News to me? Guess we'll tell you John Charles Daly did it. I'll give you another one after I tell you about Celebrity Name Game.

To play the game, you must have a friend and 2 stars to back you up. Each name pertains to a category in 2 rounds and each one is worth points. After those 2 rounds, Craig will read clues to a well known celebrity and the first to buzz in gets $200, $300 and so on until one team reaches $3000 to make it to the bonus round. 

In that round, you get 10 names, and while your partner is offstage, you have to give 45 seconds and when your partner is back out, it's 30 seconds all for $20,000!  

Now the Buzzr beater question: Is Craig Ferguson better as a talk show host or a game show host? You get 2 weeks to figure it out.
