Family Feud was at an all time high in 1977, that ABC decided to follow suit with a somewhat related follow up involving both sexes. I'll tell you about it once I return.

We asked you were you excited for Classic Concentration coming back and you all agreed. We've got another one after I tell you about...The Better Sex.

Dividing the battle between Men and Women, the show featured Bill Anderson manning the men and Sarah Purcell doing the same to the women. The Objective is to fool the opposing sex by bluffing to trivia questions and doing so knocked 2 out. Othewise, the opposing team tries to do the same plus 1 from the team. Knocking them all out got $1000 and a chance at $5000 by knocking 30 members of the opposing sex from the audience. Any members after 6 questions still standing will divide $500. Although it was short lived, it was about the only time Sarah Purcell hosted a game show. 

And speaking of hosts, Which one was your favorite? You get 2 weeks to think it over.

SO we told you which game show hosts were disc jockeys....well, Jeff FOxworthy is one example, as did Geoff Edwards, Dennis James, Tom Kennedy, Jack Narz and more I forgot to mention. We'll have another one after I tell you about......................

For the first time in over 30 years, Classic Concentration makes its way back onto television. Hosted by Alex Trebek, he takes the unchanged format of Concentration and adds in more prizes along with wild cards, take cards and having 8 cars in a bonus round like none other. From 1987-1991, the show was a hit with daytime viewers and was the last in the franchise. This was also the 2nd incarnation under the Goodson umbrella since they didn't own it anyway.
